“ Lots of good options at the food truck pod! Tried the Thai food which was excellent, but saw everything from breakfast, to Mexican, to Mediterranean. Lots of outdoor seating available as well. ”
“ I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Me and my boyfriend travel all the way across portland every few weeks to go to this place specifically. We absolutely love jvein Cafe, and we're also trying all the other places!! Momo's dumplings are amazing, and the sushi place my boyfriend just loves. This is the highlight of my week every time we go. It's a little annoying going at peak traffic hours, but that's what it takes to get here for us. If you're looking for a good time with great food, an amazing atmosphere, and the chance of seeing the cutest pup ever, definitely come check this place out. ”
“ Great variety. Everyone found something they liked. I had huge cheesesteak nachos. Plenty of parking and nice restrooms. ”
“ Nice array of food choices, great bar area. No matter what you get to eat, save some room for dessert at Le Fregole afterwards. Amazing strawberry cups! ”
“ If you’re on the lookout for a vibrant dining experience that offers a little bit of everything, look no further than Rose City Food Park! Nestled in the heart of the city, this food park is a gem that showcases a delightful array of food trucks and stalls, each boasting its unique culinary flair. As soon as you arrive, you’re greeted by a warm, inviting atmosphere filled with the tantalizing aromas of global cuisines. The outdoor seating is spacious and beautifully decorated with string lights and colorful murals, creating a perfect backdrop for an enjoyable meal with friends or family. Whether you’re in the mood for gourmet burgers, fresh tacos, or artisanal pizza, you’ll find it all here! One of my favorite aspects of Rose City Food Park is the ever-changing roster of vendors. Each visit feels like a new adventure, as there are always new flavors to try. On my last visit, I had the pleasure of indulging in some mouthwatering vegan dishes that were as delicious as they were innovative. The plant-based tacos were bursting with flavor, and the jackfruit BBQ sandwich was a standout. Even non-vegans would be impressed! The park also hosts various events, from live music to themed food festivals, making it a lively spot to gather with friends. I particularly enjoyed the weekend farmers' market, where local artisans showcased their products alongside the food vendors. It’s a great way to support local businesses and discover new favorites. For families, the park is incredibly kid-friendly, with designated play areas that keep the little ones entertained while you savor your meal. There’s even a dog-friendly section, so you can bring your furry friends along for the fun! In terms of prices, I found the food to be reasonably priced considering the quality and portion sizes. Plus, the variety means there’s something for every budget, making it an excellent choice for casual outings or special occasions. If you’re a food lover looking for a unique dining experience, Rose City Food Park should be on your list. The combination of diverse food options, a lively atmosphere, and community spirit makes it a must-visit destination. So gather your friends, bring your appetite, and get ready to embark on a delicious culinary journey! ”
“ Service varies depending on how busy everyone is--and you should expect that, especially from food trucks (limited space limited staff) during busy times. I love this set of carts for many reasons: there is a whole parking lot available, there are a wide variety of options, the grounds are clean (thanks to adequate garbage and recycling), and there is adequate seating, plus there is a tap room with beer and cider on tap (I think there's wine too, but I always get cider so I could be wrong) and options in cans. I've eaten from at least three trucks and not been disappointed. Last time I went to Rose City Food Park our party had a vegetarian, a vegan, and two omnivores. We all left satisfied. This is a great option to support small businesses--don't miss the breakfast-only cart (breakfast hours only). ”
“ Just off Sandy Blvd, this food park has multiple vendors anchored by Adda Beer. Unlike most Portland city food pods, there is a dedicated parking lot and you can also find parking in nearby neighborhoods. About half the vendors were open on a summer weeknight. Great variety of food. We went with Simply Thai - FANTASTIC and fresh with Adda Beer's Wander, a hazy IPA. ”
“ Rose City Philly's is really good! They have delicious jalapeno poppers and Philly cheese steaks! ”
